Hi,

How are zip files handled on the server? Are they served as static files, or
do they go thru an ISAPI filter/extension?
Do they have the extension .zip?
Do you download the files, and then open, or do you open directly?

To check ISAPI filters:
In IIS Manager, right click the website and click properties. Click the
ISAPI filters tab.
Also check if you have any global ISAPI filters (right click the web server
name in IIS Manager)

To check ISAPI extensions:
In IIS Manager, right click the website/folder and click properties.
Click the Directory tab
In the application settings area, click Configuration, check the list if you
find .zip.
