I was wondering how to create a new web site under the Web Sites folder. Under the same level as the Default Web Site as shown in the picture at the link below:

Right click Web Sites, and select New Website.

This is however not possible on a client OS, such as Windows XP and Windows
2000 Pro.

http://mypcname.newwebsite/default.htm but it didn't work.

Uhm...you add a new record in the DNS server. Or, if it is for your PC only,
you can use the HOST file.
