If it's just for simple pages with sign-up forms for e-mails, you can get 5mb of free hosting at <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.dreamcities.net/hosting.html" target="_blank">http://www.dreamcities.net/hosting.html</a> - You might wish to map your domain to it however?

I wouldn't really be able to run a free email service with 5mb space
unfortunately. Thank you for the link anyway

I would use my own host (as I have far more bandwidth/space etc. than I
need), however they prohibit people from running free email services
