The main initial cost would be the design of the site. graphic designer,
etc, or if you have a design, that would be cheaper of course. We have
something like a full featured content management system with news letters,
multi level memberships, page construction tools, ecommerce enabled,
research, etc, and depending on the modules you require, the initial fee
would be worked out. It think this is how a lot of content management ASPs
