I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish. You ordered the wrong thing
on our order form. You ordered a domain name transfer, thinking you had to.
You didn't. You can go to our order form now and look...the same three
choices are there now that were there when you ordered.
Further, I've told you...if you submit a helpdesk ticket to our billing
department, they will work with you on this. You're spending far too much
of your time posting here in the newsgroup...when you could have spent 2
minutes and let our billing department help you.

You are top posting all the time - amateurs use to do that.
More important, since you are not able to help me, why not
only say so?
Until you give an account of what those 10 US$ you colecteded are for;
I look at you as an swindler.

Fourth time repeating: Please submit a helpdesk ticket to our billing
department and they will be more than happy to work with you on this.
> Until you give an account of what those 10 US$ you colecteded are for;
Actually, it was $9.99 and it was for the domain transfer/renewal that you
ordered. That has been processed. If you have issues with something else,
you need to submit a helpdesk ticket.
> I look at you as an swindler.
Yes, I can see that. However, as I have said repeatedly...and this will
probably be the last time, or I can only conclude that you don't want help:
Since you ordered the wrong thing, you'll need to submit a helpdesk ticket
to our billing department so that they can help you.

Is there an echo in here? :p
And if you bought something that they can't do anything with, you've bought
nothing.
It's exactly the same as if you had paid to renew the contract for a piece
of software, but don't have the software. You've paid for something that
they nor you can do anything about as you don't have the main ingredient.
As she said, talk to them and they'll sort it instead of just complaining.
You're just making yourself out to be an ignorant idiot at the moment by not
listening.

My God are you ignorant. How many times do you need to be told and advised.
You've paid for nothing because you obviously clicked the incorrect action
- an action that can't be actioned but the payment for that incorrect
action is automatic.
All you have to do is goto helpdesk, explain the error and no doubt a
refund will/is actioned. Very easy, quick and simple.
To be honest I'd refuse it for your arrogance but I think AffordableHOST is
more patient than I would be.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Do not trust Tina and her company. |

I look at your series of posts as from someone unhappy to admit making
a mistake. The transfer fee of $10 is common, and when a transfer is
made, it is common to charge, and usually a year is added to the date
for expiry. Your domain serepta.net is "LOCKED" so transfers will not
work anyway, with admin details Morten Repshus ordre.DeleteThis@servetheworld.net
so you would not see any e-mail about the transfer request.
You chose option 1 when you should have chosen option 3, like me. Now
surely you can understand that if you ordered a transfer, then that is
what the company will try to do. Tina has explained that if you make
contact via the support system or to the Billing department, then it
can be discussed. They may stop the transfer request perhaps.
Or maybe you should contact Morten Repshus ordre.DeleteThis@servetheworld.net
and let the transfer go ahead - $10 is reasonable for an extra year.
You have already set things up for a transfer, and $10 is under half
the fee charged by ServeTheWorld.net so you save over $11 that way!!
If you look at AffordableHost.com for domains, you will see there is
a link to AffordableDots.com which handles only domains. Their price
information shows a transfer for $9.99 and the only thing wrong with
the website is that it does not mention that when a transfer goes on
there will be an extra year added to the expiry date for the domain.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ --> >> Stay informed about: Do not trust Tina and her company. |
