IIS stops working

I am running IIS5 on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server SPIII box and IIS stops
working after a day or so. In 'services' World Wide Web Publishing service
is still started and running and so is IIS Admin service is still up and
running. As far as I know, no services has been stopped. The only thing is
that when I type in something like http://localhost -or- ip I just get a
'This page cannot be displayed' and the address changes to
http:///?%20localhost so then I either go reset IIS Admin via services
control panel or I type iisreset at a command prompt. After that everything
works fine until a day later or so.

Any one have any ideas as to what may be going on?

Sound weird. How many IP addresses are on this server? Who is you DNS? Can
you ping the server when this happens?

Get Metaedit and check the the ServerBindings for that site when this
