Post subject: how do i start over?
Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

I got carried away and now my site is all messed up.
I published a discussion and managed to do the same again with a different
website to the same http://localhost . now the homepage for the discussion
is gone and there are folders everywhere in my iis window. there are 3
subwebs and images and gifs that should be in folders but aren't

I would like to start over but I need to know how. do I have to uninstall
iis and then delete all of the root folders and then reinstall iis and the
FP2002 Server. Extension.
is there a way to simply restart? so that everything is new again
if I do have to uninstall can you tell me what to safely delete so that
permissions and settings are default.
(that was also something that I got carried away with,) and I don't want
that to carry on to the next attempt.

thanks

In your \InetPub folder, remove all the subfolders. In the IIS
control panel, remove all the web sites.
