Internet Explorer cannot download file from server.
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

I checked this KB and we do not have no-cache header. Is there a way to get
around?

This might help. The Log files has specific error codes that help us
identify the issue. You may remove edit personal information that you do not
wish you disclose and post the results here. Just a couple of lines which
identify the access the to the WORD document.

http://support.smartertools.com/Customer/KBArticle.aspx?articleid=14

You can also use WFetch and request the WORD document and post the response
here. Download available here...

Thanks for your help. I desperately need the help. The web site we design
to allow customers to download file. The customers only can download pdf
file and not word, excel file. If we use http://webserver, we can download
them. But, If we enable https and can not dwoload microsoft office file and
no problem with pdf file. That's the KB
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/316431 mentioned and how do we make customers
to download microsoft office documents through https? Please help.

That's the browser error message.

Get the LOG file, that little text file that is created on the server. See
what's in that.

John,
I do not the log file show any access to WORD documents. Could you try to
download the WORD document and then show the lines (lines from the Logfile)
showing the WORD documents. Additionally inculde the First couple of lines
of the LOG file. These lines have the column name that we can use to match.

Additionally, I see access on PORT 80. This is either not the SSL port. I
