software suggestions?

Hi all

I'm looking for software that will help me track and manage orders from my
11 web stores as well as contacting/tracking customer emails, phone orders,
etc. Ideally, I'd like it to be able to connect to multiple mysql databases
and NOT be expensive! I don't need it to do invoicing, just want something
that will help me keep track of everything I need to order, what I tell
customers, etc.

Any suggestions? I currently use QB Pro 2005.

Howdy Lori,

I might need to add some code but the BIZyCart Ecommerce Server software on
the BIZynet servers could combine the order fulfilment for all 11 sites into
one central set of data bases. Among other things, BIZyCart will send you
an E-Mail as orders reduce the inventory below the reorder level you want.
