You need to work the client script so that navigation is not dependent on
it.

Agreed. I also think that you need to provide some alternative content for
when the Flash animations aren't there - either that or replace the
annoying Flash at the top with a still image that still shows the same
beautiful landscape!

The word "Home" at the top looks out of place since "Domus" or
some-such would be a better match to the rest of the text on that

I agree that the Flash animation needs an alternate graphic for those
who do not have Flash functioning in their browser and I would suggest
that the animation at the top not loop continuously.
