Miva Merchant can be configured to accept credit cards, Paypal, check
and/or COD. So, even if you don't have credit card merchant account,
you can still use Miva to accept Paypal which can accept credit cards
for you. Miva comes with clear instruction on how to get a merchant
account.
I personally find it's too difficult to alter Miva's design layouts,
so I don't use it.
