Is there a script that will take the contents of a filled-out online form,
open a person's email client, and patch the form data that was entered into
the message portion of the email in a neatly arranged, easily read format?

This will run under IIS.

Thanks

You can use an ASP form, and CDONTS to do this - many people write this
type of code every day.
