Will IIS restart the server when it..

is enabled for the first time?

G'day All.

I am helping a new and inexperienced IT person to setup an intraweb on their
file server in their domain. I checked their WIN2K3 (Standard) server and
found IIS not to be enabled/installed or running. If I were to enable IIS
now would it restart the server any?

NO, I do not have to restart when installing iis on our 2003 servers.
