Sounds like you have some system issues as well. FYI, if you are running Exchange 2K, it relies on IIS, so if you uninstall it, Exchange
will not work until IIS has been reinstalled (and working), and then a reinstall of Exchange is done.
Get a clean boot of the server. Go into component services, and make sure you can drill down to see "COM+ Applications". If you can,
good. If not, this will have to be fixed before IIS can be installed.
Thank you. I hope this information is helpful.

| Hi,
|
| For some reason server did not work. I tried several configurations, but
| could not succeed.
|
| I decided to uninstall and reinstall IIS5 from Add/Remove Programs menu.
| While I uninstalled, computer crashed. NOw it looks IIS5 is not installed. I
| choose the components but it does not ask for CD for the needed files
| anymore. It just shuts that specific window and gets back to add/remove
| programs menu.
|
| As if this is not enough, my Exchange server started not working.I receive
| Error 1075
|
| Any help ?
|
| Thanks
