IIS 6 problem with session

Dear All !
We have a server with server 2003 and IIS 6.
We have an ASP web site that need session login.
From three/four days when we visit the web site and we open a new session,
it come closed after some second.
the strange fact is that in isolated mode for ISS 5 this work very well.

Have somebody solution ??
