Best place to host a free forum?

Hi, I'm looking for a good free forum hosting service.

Ideally I don't want to have to upload my own scripts but use
something they already have, like EZboard but free and definitely no
ads.

I only need basic threading and memberships.

I have used the same company for 4 years now : http://www.forumotion.com. I am really happy with them. Forumotion has a really good built in spam bot prevention. I can not recommend them enough.
