I have recently upgrade an SBS2000 box to SBS2003. I am trying to create a new web site in IIS6. The problem is that the site fails to start. A dialogue box appears with the error "The network location cannot be reached. For more information about network troubleshooting, see Windows Help.".

I am trying to setup this new web site on the external facing IP address of this multi-homed box. If I change the IP to the internal side it starts no problem. Changing the port makes no difference. The box is also running ISA2000. Has anyone got any idea's

Thanks in advance,
Luke
