I'd suggest hiring someone to pull it down via FTP for you. Part of the
complication is knowing where to find the data bases. You may find someone
in your area who will spend a couple of hours at your computer to do it.
Keep in mind, because it's done in PHP, what you download from the site will
not run on your computer or a CD unless you purchase and install the
software to execute it locally.
PHP is basically a bastardized version of Perl (CGI) scripting. Perl is
free and fairly easy to run on any computer. PHP is not.
