How to make a copy of my website ?

How to make a copy of my website ?

My sister has a database driven website that she would like to bring
down. But she wants to keep a copy of it in case she decides to later
host it back up again.

The website uses PHP, mySql etc.

She has an HP Windows XP Intel HT PC with CD /DVD reader and writer.

She was wondering how she could make a copy of it ?

Any suggestions ? is it easy ?

We are both Non -technical !! so pls give us as much details as
possible.

Do you have cPanel? If not, do you have any kind of control panel with
your hosting? Who provides your hosting?
