How can load without extension

How can configure httpd.conf for loading all my .php without i need to put
extension on my file.

Ex: http://wwww.xsddc.com/onepage >> open file onepage.php

Don't do that. Is basically wrong and it will make a mess since
Apache will be confused if you want a directory or a file.
Besides, why you don't want extensions?
