ineedhits.com - my bad experience

I would just like to warn the E-commerce community about ineedhits.com a web
site promotion company based in Australia. Last year (2002) I took out a
subscription with them to submit my site to Inktomi, when the six month
renewal came round in May this year they put through the $200 renewal fee
TWICE onto my credit card. Their customer services rep called Mark Milton
refused to acknowledge the double payment or even check ineedhits.com credit
card records until I faxed them a copy of my credit card statement (which I
was willing to do), he then gave me a bogus fax number (i.e. a number that
gets you a flat-line tone). I took recourse through my card company who
refunded my $200 and presumably did a charge-back. Ineedhits.com have now
responded to the charge-back this month by charging another completely
unauthorised $200 to my card!

I certainly would not recommend ineedhits.com on the basis of the above bad
experience
