As others have replied, you do not need to incorporate, although you
may choose to. It is a personal choice and you must weight the
different factors.

One suggestion, based on my own experience...don't get too hung up on
the incorporation aspect or you will be stuck in "analysis paralysis"
and fail to move your business forward.
Yes, what the business earns if you do not incorporate (so by default
you will be a sole proprietorship) will go directly on your own taxes.
Same thing for the business deductions (computer costs, other
business costs).
As always with these things, it is money well spent to consult an
attorney and tax advisor.
