Hi Everyone,
I'm looking to upgrade my current version of Apache and want to be sure
that when I do, I don't miss any configuration options. When I run
httpd -V on my current installation of Apache, I see the following:
Server compiled with....
-D EAPI
-D HAVE_MMAP
-D HAVE_SHMGET
-D USE_SHMGET_SCOREBOARD
-D USE_MMAP_FILES
-D USE_FCNTL_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT
-D HTTPD_ROOT="/www/apache"
-D SUEXEC_BIN="/www/apache/bin/suexec"
-D DEFAULT_PIDLOG="/www/log/httpd.pid"
-D DEFAULT_SCOREBOARD="/www/log/httpd.scoreboard"
-D DEFAULT_LOCKFILE="/www/log/httpd.lock"
-D DEFAULT_XFERLOG="/www/log/access_log"
-D DEFAULT_ERRORLOG="/www/log/error_log"
-D TYPES_CONFIG_FILE="/www/etc/httpd/mime.types"
-D SERVER_CONFIG_FILE="/www/etc/httpd/httpd.conf"
-D ACCESS_CONFIG_FILE="/www/etc/httpd/access.conf"
-D RESOURCE_CONFIG_FILE="/www/etc/httpd/srm.conf"
Can anyone tell me what this information means and if I need to do
anything with it before I go ahead with the upgrade?
Thanks,
Bob
