I'm pretty well at my wits end. My hosting company has been down for
about a week, and I'm unable to reach anyone from the company. I host
4 different websites and am looking to keep growing. The company I am
currently with was very responsive in the beginning... but I've been
trying to reach them for over a week without success. On my current
plan I have:
- Up to 50 TLD
- 5 GB of space
- 50 GB Bandwidth?
- Unlimited e-mail with webmail interface & POP capability
- 24 hour customer support via e-mail and phone
- WHM & CPanel controls
- Branding capabilities for CPanel
I'm paying only $10 per month. My web host seems to have disappeared
i.e. no response to e-mails from all addresses I have for them, phone
does not connect, and their sites are all gone. Can someone recommend
another host to me with the same benefits or more?
Thanks!

$10 for all these features? I am surprised a host can survive on this
business model.

Also, the host that I am speaking of normally frequents this group.
Without dropping a direct name, "More Bills equals less bills". If you
know another way of getting ahold of this person, I would be grateful.
I can only hope that there is some good reason why all of his sites are
gone... including all of mine. It looks like I need to find a new host
though, since this is the second time in almost 6 months that the sites
have disappeared.
Thanks!

They definitely got their pricing wrong. Try -
<a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://www.httpme.com" target="_blank">www.httpme.com</a>
Dunno how you pay, but with the strength of sterling right now, their most
basic plan (which takes care of most of what you seek) costs me less than 19
sterling a month.

If that's a criterion, you might want to check out <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://fatcow.com" target="_blank">http://fatcow.com</a> as
well. The site is kinda fun.
