Hi,

I need to set the Application Protection to be High (Isolated), but
whenever do it I got popup warning "IIS WWW Configuration" window say:
COM+ was unable to talk to the MIcrosoft Distributed Transaction Coordinator

I don't know what system admin did on this box, how can set Application
Protection to be high?
Thanks
