Hello,
You need to understand the chargback process completely or you will
potentially go out of business. You should have a policy that enables
you to fight chargbacks and win. This policy depends on you business
and it's price points.
First, you will need to supply the merchant processor the money, if not
you will be blocked from having an account from any processor. Then ask
what type of information you can supply to fight the CB. Be very
specific and active, the processor may not fight as hard for you as you
would like so be active.
Without knowing the specifics I cannot be specific on how to win,
however documentation is key.
Good luck
