Try godaddy.com Lots of features and very reasonable and top tech
support.

I use Lunarpages.com for my personal sites
They came highly recommended in articles and I've been quite happy with them.

I can say good things for bluehost.com. BIG storage, unlimited transfer,
good software support on Linux machines at not much money.
