Unlike a web forum Usenet does not actually require anyone to actually
stay on-topic and you are NOT required to even stay on topic.
Although off topic posts are best marked OT.
Most Usenet groups are not moderated *which is not the case with the
majority of web forums.

Wow, what an attack! No seriously, he should ask vBulletin / Jelsoft
as it's supported software, also they may understand what he's talking
about.. I run a couple vBulletin boards ( www.mapforums.com and
www.windychat.com ) and feel like I am fairly adept at managing them
which is why I clicked on this thread, I thought I might be able to
help, but I really didn't understand the question about the tables..
the vBulletin people should have the patience to ask him to re-phrase
and figure out what he needs.
