did you ask him WHY he won't tell you how he got the URL? did you ask
what the URL is that he claims is registered to you?
If he honestly found the site, what reason would he have for refusing
to tell you the URL? If you actually registered it, you already know
about it. If you didn't, then someone is fraudulently using your name
to register their site - and you would think that this guy would want
you to have the information to do something about that, wouldn't you?
As I see it, there are four possibilities.
1 - He's screwing with you for some reason and there is no such site.
2 - He found the site while doing something he doesn't want to admit
to.
3 - He knows about it because he registered it himself.
4 - You are a troll and made this up.
Frankly, given that he is gathering personal information on you without
your consent, and refusing to tell you how he's getting it, were I in
your position, I would be sitting at a lawyer's desk discussing my
legal options against this guy. Assuming he's not screwing with you for
some reason.
