How to exclude local IPs in IIS 6.0 logs

Hi,

I dont want the events to be happend from my local IPs, in server logs. I
want to block my local ips from getting into server log files.

I would appreciate you please guide me to resolve this.

You cant. You can only log or not log.

Use some sort of log analysis software to filter out the traffic you don't
want to consider.

Or, just tell local users not to use the site. Lots of people think they
have to make their own business home page the start page for the browser...
and cause lots of unnecessary traffic to the web site as a result.

Hello,

You cannot exclude certain IP addresses from the log files. Use a log
analyzer that can exclude certain IP addresses or remove the log entries
after the file has been closed.

You could create a second web site, pointing to the same files but with
logging disabled, for the internal users.

On you page http://www.gafvert.info/iis/article/questions_0740.htm you write that it's possible to "exclude certain folders and/or files from being logged."

How is that done? I can't find any settings for this in the IIS...
