Sub is a lower level of a domain name.
Such as this:

Main domain is http://www.aol.com/

Subdomain is http://www.mary.aol.com

Actually, the subdomain would be: <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://mary.aol.com" target="_blank">http://mary.aol.com</a>

A "parked domain" is a domain that points to the same place as the other
domain.

Lets say I have my downloads page on my site located at:

http://www.mywebsite.com/downloads

And I aquired the domain othersite.com and I parked it on the same hosting
account as mywebsite.com then I would be able to goto

http://www.othersite.com/downloads

Hope that helps

Regards,
Shaun
