Good morning Tom,
Thanks for replying so promptly.
I'm trying to create a web application and since I'm doing this pro bono
for a religious organization, I can't justify purchasing Visual Studio.
So, I'm doing everything by hand.
I'm using the O'Reilly book "Programming ASP.NET" as a reference...
Consequently, I am not compiling the VB but simply am invoking IIS and
pointing it to my aspx file and ASP should actually compile the program.
Rather than doing this, the file is opened in NotePad.
Therefore, I don't think it is necessary to compile my project...
Thanks,
Pat
