IIS 6 / default document doesn't come up

Hello,

We are running an IIS 6.0 server behind an ISA server and it won't serve the
default document up.
when specifying the page like www.url.com/default.htm it comes up.

Has anyone experienced that yet?

all hints are welcome and appreciated.

Make sure it is on top of the default documents list
