Does anyone know a solid payment gateway provider that allows for 3rd-
party billing (a % of the transaction goes to the house, the balance is
distributed via direct deposit into another account chosen dynamically)?

Verisign doesn't permit this, and a Google search doesn't rank by
reliability.

Thanks.

I hope I'm not pointing out the obvious here, but we get the bank who
we have our business bank account with to precisely this. It's not
cheap, but it works.

Why not try a company like PaySystems? They offer merchant accounts
for companies in the US><!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
