apache2 content type fro files without extension

Hello!

Is it possible to serve content-type header based on files' content?
I've got a few files 000ecda6-c420-4189-8489-0b9cf635c102.
They can be images, mp3s, videos, pdfs and others. How can I serve
proper content type? I can't base on directory location neither extensions.
