Hello,
You should be able to Allow All Unknown ISAPI extensions and get these
pages to be served up too. Its recommended however that you enable only
these extensions instead of allowing all unknown isapi. So for example, for
idq, you'd create a new Web service extension, map it to idq.dll and allow
it.
