First you need an affiliate application on your site. Then you need to find
a method of driving people who are affiliates to YOUR affiliate
section...but I guess you knew that part
go here for the affiliate application for you site...it is in PHP, make
certain your developer/web master can handle that.

There are several there...I will not personally or officially endorse any
until I have used them or know someone that has.
I would also continue here and in some of the other groups. You need to
truly target your clients. I doubt if it is 100% Native Americans. Thus
how do you reach the rest...perhaps you should go to multicultural shows in
your area. Atlanta's Cultural centers has Native American dance African
Dance Slavic Dance in one show in one night....that would have been an ideal
place to set up shop.
If anyone is interested in perhaps exchanging traffic, I do have some
clients that might not mind sharing customers with things that make sense.
