Hi,
This error can be caused by a corrupt metabase.
AntiVirus software, Power outages, a lack of disk space and general
hardware issues can all cause corruption.
you mentioned that you reinstalled IIS already.
However, if you are using IIS 5, Can you remove IIS from ADD/Remove
programs and then check that the metabase.Bin file has been removed from
%SystemRoot%\System32\Inetsrv folder.
If not rename or delete the old metabase file and reinstall IIS again.
