and then automaticly evaluates the site and tell the cost of it?

That would be a neat trick, considering that such a thing would not be
aware of any server-side processing, which is where most of the cost is.

Perhaps I'm misreading what you quoted from the Google Groper, but it
looks to me like he's talking about *monetary* cost. Which would be a
far, far neater trick, if I'm right. Smile

But it could get SOME information by parsing the <rate> tags in the
header...
