Oh dear.....Where to start?

I shall assume you are new to web design, and as such try to be
gentle.

1) Do NOT mess about with the user's scroll bars

2) The page should fit in at least a 1024x768 viewport (window) and
not be larger than that, some may argue it should fit in an 800x600
viewport.

3) The logo is way too large, perhaps reduce it to about 30%

With the layout being so large, and clumsy, it is very difficult to
see anything to comment further.
