Web Sharing

After installing IIS, In windows explorer, when right
clicking one of the folders, there should be four tabs
that read : "General", "Sharing", "Web
Sharimg" ,"Customise". My "Web Sharing Tab is for some
reason is gone and I even microsoft support could not
help me to get it back. Can anyone give me any sugestions
on how to get it to appear as I need to change some
settings in this option? Thanks a lot.
