Web Setup Project - Default Web for Virtual Dir

I have created a web setup project with VS.Net 2003. When
I run the .msi it asks what virtual directory to install
it to, but it doesn't ask which web. I have multiple webs
running in IIS and I want to create the virtual directory
in a web other than the default web.

How do I specify the web that the virtual directory will
be intalled in?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
