Archived from groups: microsoft>public>inetserver>iis (more info?)

We just built out a new web server (Win 2000, IIS5), and for some reason, a virtual directory containing "&" in the name no longer works. What setting could I have missed? IIS thinks the vdir is the vdir minus the "&".

Archived from groups: per prev. post (more info?)

Don't use that character in a virtual directory name, in
fact avoid any special characters which are commonly used
in ASP URLs.
