Is anyone else having problems with sites hosted by Vikatec? Two of
my sites have gone down for the last 3 days; their support site is
down and I'm getting no responce from the company.

Me too - my domain name seems to give an error when trying to send from outlook and the smtp server is rejecting all inwards mail. Also no answer from their sales phone number.
Outgoing mail using webmail seems to still be working.
