Unable to download files over 250KB from IIS

Thanks for your reply. Yes it seems I am able to download
them fine from the local server. But we think we found the
solution. It was Zone Alarm firewall that appeared to be
causing the problem and not IIS as such. We installed
version 5 of Zone Alarm and since then the problem
started. I did not realise it immediattely because we had
Zone Alarm down while we were trying to sort out the what
we thought was an IIS problem. But even though Zone Alarm
was down the problem occured. So we uninstalled Zone Alarm
5 completelly and afte that the problem was gone.

strange issues for the moment *laughs*
