Archived from groups: alt>ecommerce (more info?)

I posted this on the OpenUI website as a ticket 3 days ago with no
response. I'm starting to loose confidence that they will.

I am in the process of creating a new store to replace my existing
store. I need to transfer my OpenUI from the old store to the new
store and need to know the best way to accomplish that. Can I just
install the OpenUI Update Wizard with my current license and let it
upgrade to the most recent OpenUI? If so, were can I get just the
Update Wizard without having to repurchase?

Thanks in advance.

You need to open a ticket with the OpenUI HelpDesk on that.

Generally OpenUI is licensed per domain, however, it is likely they will
allow you to transfer it.

Why are did you create a new store? And not just migrate the existing
data to the new store?

Hello, TxWolf. We communicated about a year ago when I was setting up
my original store. Great to see that you're still around!

We are setting up a new store because our marketing tactics have
changed. Changed to the extent that just rebuilding the store from
the ground up would be easier.

Thanks.

I would hope we're still around...we're one of the leading Hosts
specializing in Miva Merchant, and an OpenUI partner.
