Tools for the IIS

hello together !!

I'm looking for some tools to check the iis webserver. Could anybody give
me some exaples for the following problems:

- when you have an performance problem on der webserver (wrong coded
applications). to verify the problems in an asp or java file or servlet.

- to stress the webserver like the "MS StressTool for the IIS" to get the
time who long the request take.

- a tool to check the sercurity settings of the webserver (write access on
webroot, ...) something like MBSA !!

- to check the iis depending processes like inetinfo.exe, http.sys and
w3wp.exe which files they use ... something like the filemon.exe from NT !!

please give me something to look for ..... freeware would be the best !!
