Multimedia?
The more the better...! A decent sound engineer, a broadband connection -
its a truly interactive multimedia experience rather than a page of text (as
long as thats what the user wants) probably not best on the home page, but
that page they click on which says "hear us" I have heard some VERY good use
of sound on the web... and some VERY VERY VERY bad use of sound on the
web...
Be careful what format you use
wav - universally exceptable, except that it needs huge file sizes
..mp3 - smaller, less well excepted - but good
Real - I dont like it, but most people do... good for speech, I have
produced some good poetry interactivity with it...
Flash - probably the best way to go...
