What type of affinity do you have set for your NLB? You would want single. Also, what are you using for your load-balanced solution.

| Here is a little situation that we are having on 2 of our
| load balanced web servers, any help would be greatly
| appreciated. When I view a page in http and then switch to
| a https(secure) page I get bounced to the other web
| server. This creates an issue because when the user logs
| into the site it bounces them to the other server and they
| lose their session. To test I use a simple page that is in
| the root of the site and change the url from http to https
| and I can see the issue. To fix the problem I restart the
| w3 service and flush the cookies in my browser and the
| problem is fixed for while. This occurs every few weeks.
