We are building a website in Frontpage 2002 using a 3rd party web component.
We have loaded IIS onto our XPpro computer so that we can view the site locally using http://localhost/webname.
Static pages view fine but pages with the web component give the following error.
Cant' set the Session LCID to the value specified
Trying to set the Value to=
If value is Null, then you have no session
We know a little about Frontpage but are completely green when it comes to Domain Networking, IIS, and permissions and security.
Once the site is created and tested it will be uploaded to our ISP's server, but we prefer to develop and test it locally.

If it is permissions related, then you can try filemon and regmon from www.sysinternals.com to find out where you are failing. You might also check with the
vendor of the component and see if they have any recommendations.

Thank you. I hope this information is helpful.
